NGO Darpan Registration Process

It is required for VOs and NGOs to join the NGO Darpan portal if they plan to be eligible for grants or other assistance from the state or central government. NGOs and VOs must enroll through the NGO Darpan gateway and set their Darpan declaration or a one-of-a-kind ID up to demand government financing and be eligible for FCRA approval. Here are the steps to complete NGO registration: Darpan enrollment:

  • Go to Darpan's official website for the NGO.
  • Click the button 'Login/Register' on the home page.
  • Choose the 'Sign up option.
  • Fill in the names of your entity or organization, their email address, and their mobile number, and click the 'Submit' button.
  • Enter the contact person's name as well as their mobile number and email. Input the OTP and then click the 'Submit' button.
  • Enter the PAN of the NGO or entity.
  • Make a username and password, then log into the portal.
  • Fill in the NGO's or entity's details, such as name, address, PAN number, email address, registration number, validity of the registration, and FCRA details, and click on the save button.
  • Fill in the participant's information, including name, birth date designation, mobile phone number, and Aadhaar number. Click on the save button.
  • Enter information about where you got the funds, important details for contact, and the working space, and click the save button. A message will be displayed once the account is completed.
  • After the successful completion of your profile, the non-governmental organization Darpan portal admin will check the submitted documents and then send an email notification to the candidate to create a unique ID.
  • Sign in and create the unique ID after receiving the email.
